Hillary is the Gold Group coach as well the Assistant Senior
Group Coach. She is a senior at Purdue
University studying for her BSN in Nursing. She is from
Fishers, IN where she swam for Southeastern Swim Club for 13 years
before continuing on to swim and run cross country on the varsity
level at Hamilton Southeastern. She has worked as a Lifeguard, Swim
Coach, Swim Instructor and Home Health Aide. Hillary loves swimming
and teaching others to enjoy and excel at her favorite sport. Her
best events included 100 back, 200 free, and 500 free. She has a
lot of experience both swimming and coaching and is looking forward
to a wonderful year with the Mavericks!

Nicole is currently a senior at Purdue University studying Speech Language Hearing Sciences with a minor in child development. She is from Leesburg, IN. where she graduated from Wawasee High School in 2009 and swam for many years. Her main races were the 200 Free, 100 Free, 200 Fr Relay and 400 Fr relay. Nicole has experience coaching for Wawasee Middle School and looks forward to working with MVA swimmers to help them achieve their own personal goals.

Audrey is a current sophomore at Purdue University, majoring in Industrial Design. She has been a part of swimming her whole life, starting in age group swimming for the Rochester Royals in her home town, all the way up through the high school team for RHS. Audrey has experience coaching for the Rochester Royals age group team, teaching swim lessons though the Red Cross program, as well as lifeguarding for the city pool in her hometown. She has much love for the water and the sport and looks forward to sharing that and coaching the MVA swimmers for this season and more!!

Anna is a freshman at Purdue studying Movement and Sports Science. She started swim lessons at age five and started competitively swimming at age 8. Anna swam with Lafayette Area Aquatics and then with Maverick Aquatics for a total of 10 years. She is a Red Cross certified lifeguard and water safety instructor. After teaching swimming lessons for a few years, Anna started coaching this spring with MVA. Anna loves swimming and loves teaching child about swimming even more. She is excited to teach the new swimmers the joys of swimming!

Will graduated from Lafayette Jefferson in 2003. While attending Lafayette Jefferson he was on the 2000-2001 North Central Conference championship team. His senior year he placed 3rd in 500 free and 7th in the 100 fly IHSAA State Meet. He was the former Bronchos school record holder for the 100 fly.
He attended Wright State University in Dayton, OH where he swam for the Raiders from 2003-2007. While swimming for the raiders he was member for three Horizon League Conference championships teams in 2004, 2005, and 2007. He was conference champion in the 1650 free in 2003, 200 free in 2006 and 2007, and still holds a Wright State University pool record in the 400 free relay. Will graduated with his BS in Earth and Environmental Sciences in 2008, and started graduate school for his MS in Earth and Environmental Science and is hoping to transfer to Purdue University for master’s degree in Education.
Will has been teaching swim lesson for over 10 years, and is a Red Cross water safety instructor. Will coached the Idle Hour Swim Club in Beavercreek, OH for the 2010 and 2011 summer seasons, and taught fly and turn clinics at Fair Valley Swim Club in Vandalia, OH. He was assistant coach for Butler Aquatics Club in Vandalia, OH in 2010-2011. He was the Vandalia Butler High School Head Girls’ coach and boy’s assistant coach for the 2010-211 season. While coaching at Vandalia the girls’ team placed second in the Greater Ohio Western Conference North, and the boys’ team placed first.
While coaching for Maverick Aquatics, Will is also a teaching aid at Elston Alternative, and an assistant girls’ coach at Harrison High School.
